USDA Ground Beef Recall 2011 | Tyson Fresh Meats Inc, Kroger
No burgers for now as the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) announced a massive recall of ground beef products suspecting E. coli O157:H7 bacteria contamination in the meat. The products being recalled includes Tyson Fresh Meats Inc. products, Kroger brand ground beef with a product code D-0211 QW and Butcher’s Brand beef with a product code D-0211 LWIF. Symptoms of E. coli infection can result to abdominal cramps, vomiting, fever and diarrhea.
